Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in
repairing and maintaining bakery mcahines and equipment:
Analyzes service requests and assigns workers to activities,
such as dismantling machinery and equipment, installing
replacement parts, and testing machinery. Monitors operation of
machinery and euqipment to ensure conformance to specifications.
Performs other duties as described under Supervisor (any
industry) Master Title.
